Rosie Boelens 9-month Transformation

What I love about Rosie’s transformation is she just didn’t lose weight, she didn’t just drop numerous dress sizes, she achieved much more, she got stronger, she got healthier, she has more energy, and she became much happier. Rosie made a complete lifestyle change! Rosie is living proof of what is possible at CKO. Everyone that comes through our doors wants the complete healthy life transformation but only a few are willing to make the necessary sacrifices, only a few are willing to put in the necessary work, and only a few get comfortable being uncomfortable! Rosie will tell you herself, it was not easy, it didn’t happen overnight, some days she struggled with motivation, but she continued to moved forward, determined to not let anything stop her from reaching her goals. Any law student whose was studying for the bar exam, will tell you that being “busy” is an understatement, it is very time consuming and very stressful. For most people this alone would be a good excuse to stop working out, but that is why Rosie is not most people, that is why she is one of the few! 🙂 Great Job Rosie you are a huge inspiration to not only myself but too a lot of the members as well! Congratulations on passing the Bar Exam!

Testimonial by Rosie Boelens:
When I first joined CKO back in January I had no idea how transformative it would be for my life. I joined CKO in my third year of law school when I did the 10-week challenge, and in just 10 short weeks I was down two dress sizes. I also felt better than I ever had, which for me was the best result I had. Before starting my fitness journey I was tired all the time, I got sick a lot, and I just generally didn’t feel great. After the first 10-week challenge I had more energy throughout the day, I made it through an entire semester of law school without getting sick, and I no longer had back or neck pain that had bothered me throughout my time at law school.
What a difference 9-months makes

What a difference 9-months makes

I felt so great that I decided that this was the way I wanted to live from now on and I made the decision to never go back to the way I ate or my sedentary lifestyle. Continuing with my new found healthy lifestyle not only has helped me continue to achieve results and feel great, but it helped me get through studying for and taking the Bar Exam this past summer. Studying for the bar exam  was time consuming and mentally draining, but continuing to work out and eat well helped me keep my stress level down and my energy level up. There were many times where all I wanted to do was stay home and watch tv, but I never regretted the days I dragged myself into the gym (I did regret the few that I gave in and stayed home).

Overall, I have achieved some amazing results and I can’t thank everyone at CKO enough. I went from a size 12 to a size 4 and I lost almost 50 pounds. For me this experience hasn’t been about a diet or weight loss plan, it has been about a complete lifestyle change and I am excited to continue on with my fitness journey.  I am healthier and more fit than I ever have been and I never would have been able to do it without the support and guidance of CKO!
Rosie started her CKO journey by joining the 10-week challenge and she lost a total of 12.2 inches off her body during that those 10-weeks! From March 2013 to September 2013 Rosie lost another 11 inches off her body! Amazing her measurements are listed below.
